By 2012 , Driffield morphed from a three piece to a four piece. We had some songs ready to go, so we headed to Denton to record at Echo Lab. It was a hard session, with a member's health failing, and some of us just unsure if we really wanted to keep going. We recorded five new songs that would have our 2nd release. Containing two Driffield standards and three songs that had barely been played live "Driffield Volume 2" would have been our strongest contribution yet. Unfortunately, we just couldn't keep it together. We were tired and one of us was severely ill. We played one last gig at the Aardvark and called it a day. We never had a chance to release this EP. Our drummer Jason guarded the tracks from these sessions, but they were unmastered.
Cut to 2020 and enter Driffield rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist Cory Miller who mastered Volume 2. With that, we now happily present the EP to you in it's entirety. We hope you like it as much as we do. credits
